Rendering problem in reporting service 2008 R2

Hi all
I am new to Reporting service 2008 R2 . i am not able to render all data row from report . when i ma trying to rendering it on CSV format it render only Header Row and 1 st datarow , and even tablix.Rowcollection also show me count 2 only, but actual report contains more than 2 rows

So, you are saying that the UI is not completely rendered? Tried print layout to confirm?
