Reading card data using ACS NFC card reader

I have a Advanced Card Systems NFC card reader and i'm completely new to this concept.But basically i want to read data from a card using this reader in native android using c#.Any suggestions..

What I have tried:

This is a completely new thing for me i have no clue where to start

Start by talking to the people who created it - they should provide technical support and will know more about their product than we will. If they don't, then find another supplier and demand your money back!

We don't know anything about how it's even connected to your device, much less how to talk with it. Start with thier website, and if you can't find samples there, talk to their technical support people.
