I am unable to read sim card data by using ACS CCID USB Card Reader?

I want to write data on card which are using in Banks. I am using ACS CCID USB Card Reader of Advanced Care System Pvt Ltd. They have given applications to read and write data, but when I am writing all commands are executing properly and according to them if command executed properly it will return 90 00 code and I am getting this code while writing on card (that means successfully written) but when I am reading this data, it will give me garbage values.

Can anyone help me?

If anyone has used this cards, please help me out.
