How can I display a Numeric Up Down control in a DataGridView?

Hi,
I Want to Display a Numeric Up Down control in a DataGridView.How can I do that?
In the DataGridView Properties collection there are options to add Combobox,Checkbox etc.
But how is it possible in the case of Numeric Up Down control?

I am using Microsoft C# 2.0
