Our application was developed using VS 2008 and Entity Spaces 2007. We are migrating the app to VS 2010 and Enity Spaces 2010.

Could anyone give info regarding migration EntitySpaces 2007 to 2010?

I would have thought that you are more likely to get useful answers from their site[^], where almost everyone is a user as opposed to here, where few will be.
