Frontpage Server Extensions on Windows Server 2008 R2

Hello,

I have a problem with my Windows 2008 R2 Server.
I have installed the IIS7 and want to publish a WebService written in C#.
During the publish I get an errormessage that there aren't installed the Frontpage Serverextensions. But they are. I installed them like this description:

Publishing the Webservice on my old WebServer with Windows Server 2003 there aren't any problems.

I hope someone can help me.

You may still need to enable FPSE on the site itself.
