Has anyone made Service Application in Embarcadero Builder 2010 that works on 64 bit Windows?

It doesn't seam to work so I'm just wondering if its me or is there some general problem.
Service works fine on 32 bit systems.

After service installation run "net start ServiceName"
May be You will can see some error description
