Based on this question and your previous ones, I have a suggestion for you.
It is clear to me that you are just starting out along the path to becoming a developer.
If you are trying to learn this on your own, I would suggest that you pick up some good introductory C# books to learn from, or if you prefer, go through some of the online tutorials. There are some really good ones at MSDN (Microsoft)[^].
My ultimate suggestion is that you not attempt this entirely on your own. Enroll in some courses if there are some available where you live. Classroom settings are extremely under-rated now-a-days(wow, how old am I) but the collaboration between students makes learning much more fun and effective.
