It is clear to me that you are just starting out along the path to becoming a developer.
If you are trying to learn this on your own, I would suggest that you pick up some good introductory C# books to learn from, or if you prefer, go through some of the online tutorials. There are some really good ones at

My ultimate suggestion is that you not attempt this entirely on your own. Enroll in some courses if there are some available where you live. Classroom settings are extremely under-rated now-a-days(wow, how old am I) but the collaboration between students makes learning much more fun and effective.
