C# for 3D modeling programs

Hi,
please I need your help for c sharp language,as now i want to learn C sharp and this is because i want to do a 3d modeling program like rivet or auto-cad, where i can draw 3d shapes like cube or so and i can render it.
when i try to search about material, i find web and games C sharp programming material,
I'm not sure what is the exact material (syllabus) to study, please name it for me and how many weeks i need to succeed in learning.
