Hi, excuse my English, I tried this source and I think it's the best browser, has only one defect, the links open a new window of Internet Explorer instead of a new tab or a new instance of the program, how can I fix it? the project seems abandoned for some time and the author does not respond to my post.

You can configure your browser to do this - http://helpdeskgeek.com/how-to/force-ie-to-open-link-in-new-tab/[^]. This is a browser setting so cannot be controlled by code.
