Replication Problem In Sql Server 2008

Hi,

My Database is split in 3 servers. We manually run Scripts like stored procedures in each server.
But the problem is I manually run script for Alter Table in all servers that's it. The replication stops it getting errors.

So please tell the solution for this run alter table scripts in DB servers
