SQL server 2008 replication Step by Step Guidance!!!!

When ever transaction occurred in the SQL server(2008) At that moment without a delay i want to replicate that data to a another SQL server(2008) in the different Location. and also if i do any modification to the 2nd server it should auto matically synchronized with 1st server.both the servers could have perform modifications to the datadase. Actually i'm new to this replication methodology in the SQL server.Should i do " Merge Replication" or Snapshot Replication?? i'm not sure what is the best method for this task.so can some one else could explain me the step by step guidance on the Replication in SQL 2008 and what would be the best replication methodology for achieve this task.Thanks in Advance!
