Detect who is accessing hard drive

My computer is connected to LAN. Is there any method to detect how many users are accessing files from my computer. I know filesystemwatcher in .net and similar in c,c++ but these methods only tells which file is accessing but i want to know computername/username who access file. any idea ???????????????????
