Generally, why making any mess? What's wrong with re-installation?
--SA

If you installed SQL Server initially, then just reinstall it. If you do not own the server instance in question, then you may need to find the person who does and get them to either turn on the authentication or give you a sql logon that you can use.

I Solved this problem....Actually SQL Server is disabled due to Tuneup Utilities software which i installed in my system.
If the SQL Server is using windows authentication only, you cannot use SA to login since the account isn't active. Why not just use another administrative user (a member of local admins in the computer) and use that to connect and change the SA password.

Reinstall is also a perfectly valid option. And other possible ways: http://blog.sqlauthority.com/2009/08/04/sql-server-forgot-the-password-of-username-sa/[^]
