problem occured while deployment of asp.net application

Hello,
I have developed a web application in asp.net using framwork 4.0,and while deploying on IIS7.5 server it is showing some error.after make some changes in appliaction pool and default .net framwork version to .NET 4.0 , i am able to see the folders while running.but it is not able to connect to database and showing this error given below... FASTBI IS MY DATABASE NAME..plz suggest me something.....
