Problem in deployment of asp.net mvc3 application

Hi friends,

I am new to asp.net mvc. I completed one project using asp.net mvc3. Now it is time to deploy that project.
I am using IIS7. When I placed my published files in "DefaultWebSite" it is working fine. But I got problem when I placed my published files in separate virtual directory created by me under defaultwebsite.
When published files placed in created virtual directory, static pages are working fine but I am not able to login into application.
I didn't understand what is the problem? I google it but I didn't find solution to my problem.
Help me to solve this problem.
