The WCF Service Gives "The website declined to show this webpage" HTTP 403

Hello all,
I just created a small WCF service.I host that on IIS.
I had already make sure that in the web.config file that authentication mode is
"windows" and make intigrated windows authentication in IIS properties.
But still am facing this issue like as follows when i execute it.

The website declined to show this webpage
HTTP 403
Most likely causes:
•This website requires you to log in.

What you can try:
Go back to the previous page.

How to resolve this issue??
