Hi,
I have 1.6 years of experience in ASP.NET and now I am think to work on silver-light, then what should I have to do for silver-light study? or join any training institute for it help me.

Sue you can start learning Silverlight from various material available on web or through coaching. But, I would suggest you to pick some other topic to learn. Microsoft is not too keen in Silverlight any more - Silverlight usage is diminishing (with already less adoption!)

Still, if needed, look here:
CodeProject Silverlight articles[^]
Pick any and get started!

Have a look at these too:
MSDN: Silverlight[^]
Learn: Silverlight[^]

SAP? Silverlight is at one end and SAP no where related. Not sure what are you into!
You should be able to start by going through some videos / tutorials (links provided in Sandeep's answer).
A few books might also help you.
