SharePoint Workflow Question

Hello

I have one query regarding Sharepoint Workflow.I am using Visual studio 2008 and Moss(2007) and 64 bit machine.I used the below link and tried to create a WorkFlow to send email

Everythin worked fine for me but after i created a List and added new item it says Failed on start(retrying)

Any Idea!!! Can you please help.

Is there any known problem with Visual Studio 2008??

please check uls logs on share point server for exact error.
