Make a voice call using Modem 3g usb

Hi everybody,i have a usb 3g and i wanna make a voice call using Hyper Terminal.I have used "ATD" command to make a voice call but it respones only "OK". Anybody help me?Thanks!!!!

i had read this article but it dont help me to solve this problem. When i type command "ATD01234567;", it dont make any action. It only return "OK".Thanks!
