I have a question for net-snmp

i found a failure in the install net-snmp, on part make and make install

collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
Makefile:1005: recipe for target 'libnetsnmpagent.la' failed
make[1]: * [libnetsnmpagent.la] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/scada/Downloads/snmp-prel/agent'
Makefile:863: recipe for target 'installsubdirlibs' failed
make: * [installsubdirlibs] Error 1

What I have tried:

I followed the installation instructions, but it still failed, does anyone here have a way to solve this the problem?

Solution 1

Go back to where you got the package, and ask there, or go here and download the package from the creators: Net-SNMP[^]
If that doesn't work, ask there - they produce the package and will know considerably more about it than we do.
