How to write in to xml page using asp.net

Im Unable to write data into xml document,please help me.

XmlTextWriter Xw = new XmlTextWriter(Server.MapPath ("Example.xml"), Encoding.UTF8);

Error:Creare constructor stub.
And aslo not displaying Xmltextwriter methods in intellicense.

Would you please elaborate "Unable" little more? i.e. you code, the exception thrown etc?
