How do I add specific animals to AI recognition

Hello All
I volunteer with the Saving Scotlands Red Squirrels project, and I want to use Blue Iris and CodeProject.ai to assist.
I would like to add very specific species to ai, then use my BI system to recognise only them and trigger videos from different cameras.
I can get many high quality images of the specific species (e.g. red squirrel, pine marten, grey squirrel, american mink etc) to teach the system, but I cant find any article explaining exactly how to do it.
I would like to add these and other species to the custom module ipcam-combined
Can anyone help?
