Error on installing Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate on Windows 7

I am trying to install Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate on Windows 7(X64), it is producing error several times,error says "following component failed to install: Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate". The error log outputs the following:

A Google Search using keywords Cannot install; setup files are not available. resulted in results about similar problems that were solved. Below are just two of the many that I found. Look at these and others found via Google Search and see if any will solve your problem.

Install VS2010 failded [^]
    The host server Windows Server 2008 is a Virtual Machine, and
     the free disk just only 7G.
     I am not sure did the low free disk cause the install failed

    I extend the disk, Setup was success.

Installing VS2010 Ulitmate fails with lots of HRESULT -2147467259.[^]
    That was the root cause, the VirtualCloneDrive was not re-mounting ISO file after reboot.
