How to install netbeans6.5.1 in windows 7 with 32 bit and ATOM Processor

I'm a student and planning to use netbeans 6.5.1 for our school is still using it and i want to use it also for similarity and familiarity, but every time i try to install netbeans. it keeps on popping me a message box saying "Java(TM) Platform SE Binary has stopped working. A Problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify if a solution is available." i wait for sometimes expecting that it will give me a possible solution but it didn't. Please help me to install netbeans 6.5.1. Thank you!

Have you tried running javaw.exe? See if it runs correctly or not? Ensure that you are running JDK 1.5.0_16 (update 16) and above.

Hello Prasad, yes i already installed jdk 1.6.0_07 and jdk 1.7.0_06 but nothing happened, it still popping the message box "Java(tm) Platform SE Binary has stopped working."

Please help me answer my problem about installing netbeans 6.5.1 in atom processor cpu D2700,
cause i think the problem is inside the cpu or maybe just some configuration of the system..
Please help me.
