I upload my website on the server..

after browse it's working but when i try to register account, coming this error.

You are asking a lot here. People probably wont go to your link to read a picture about what is wrong.
Post the error message in text - let people know what you're trying to do and what you have done so far that didn't work.

Solution 1

The error message is very specific. It even includes exact instructions on what you need to do next.

So read the message, follow the instructions, and the find out what the problem is!

We can't do any of that for you - but don't paste a link to an image again: copy the message and paste it into a question. If you don't it just looks like you are too lazy to care about what you are asking: make it easy for us to help you!
