Solution 1

Did you try to find anything? This is one of the ways: http://boxlab.googlecode.com/svn/MergerLense/HandLense/Controls/Media/VideoPlayer.cs[^].

One problem you may have: Windows comes with only rudimentary set of codecs, so you may need to install all you need. First of all, I would recommend the freeware K-Lite Codec Pack:
