How to Host WCF Service in IIS 7.5 and Self Hosting

Dear Friends ,
I have two WCF Services and I have to Host one in IIS 7.5 and another one as SELF HOSTED Services . So can anyone help me how to host WCF Services in IIS 7.5 and Self Hosting with sample screenshot tutorials step by step .

You will find About 50,800 results (0.22 seconds) for first link and About 240,000 results (0.36 seconds) for second link.

There is not any sample screenshot tutorials step by step.Remeber you have to try each and everything your self only.If you find any errors which can not be resolved after efforts,then only post question here in the format suggested in guidelines.

I have tried myself and i am getting the following error ----------------

HTTP Error 404.17 - Not Found

The requested content appears to be script and will not be served by the static file handler.

If i am running the service separetly its working fine but if i am running it after hosting it in iis ( from inetmgr ) I am getting the following error

HTTP Error 404.17 - Not Found
