IIS7 Application Pool Identity To Log Into SQL Server

I need to use an SQL Server 2008 database in an IIS application. When I use SQL Authentication to connect from an ASP page everything works. I need to use Windows Authentication to access the Database and each website would have a different Windows username. The method I found was to change the identify on the Application Pool connected to each website but it is not working for me (keeping the IUSER identify) and I am thinking their may be a better way. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
