iis7 application pool hangs

i have asp.net application when i deploy it on windows server 2008 r2, iis7,sql server 2008 r2 and
.net framework 4.0 it works correctly when only one user log in.
but when multiple users log in iis hangs and my applications become not available.
when i restart application pool my applications works correctly again.
note every user has his own session value
can any one help me please

There may be many issues. Handle all exceptions in your app. That will give you some hints.
