How to open new tab on clicking on a link? in IE8,IE7

How to open new tab on clicking any click event.

Its working fine in Firefox, chrome..

But not working in IE8.
Please Help me

Please try it in your system.. if it works post the answer..

FYI, It will not work in IE8 and IE7.

After a long research I Found that answer.
