unable to debug sharepoint application in vs 2010

hi i iam unable to debug the vs 2010 sharepoint application i have put breakpoints but not hitting.
showing error as unable to prcoess w3wp.exe

Tried
restarting IIS
restart vs and os
webconfig debug =true
and lot but no use

Its is resolved by install VS 2012
