VB 6.0 Application Installation Error

When installing my vb 6.0 application I get the following error:
C:\Progr~1\symantec\s32EVNT1.DLL. An installable virtual device driver failed DLL initialization.

How can I solve this problem.

Don't install symantec with your app.

What OS are you installing on? And as per RyanDev's comment - why are you trying to install Symantec with your application?
