close app with mouse move over transparent panel or flash film

Hi I am trying to close an app with the movement of a mouse over a panel.
I think I can do it with a transparent panel over a flash film (this film doesn't seam to let me to detect the mouse movement).

Is there a simple example, with a movement of mouse higher than 10 pixels making the app to close?
