How to compress videos in asp.net c#

Hi i want to upload large video(> 2GB size) to youtube from my website. But it is allowing me to upload max 8MB video. So i want to compress the video and then upload it. So please help me how to achieve it.

YouTube allows for way more than an 8meg file to be uploaded. 2 gigs is extremely large unless you are working with raw videos. Which if that is the case you need to learn to encode your video in one of several formats that will reduce file size.

I do not know what kind of system you are running but what I would recommend is doing research.
