How to remove AjaxControlToolkit

this is my Error
"Could not load file or assembly 'AjaxControlToolkit' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded."

This Error Show me uploading website on the Server.
I have Windows Server V2.0, And I have Dot Net Frame Work 2.0
I am not using "AjaxControlToolkit" so Why its Getting Error...
Please Give me Solution.
