how to show image from database to RDLC report

i have web application
in the form name employee I enter the profile datat of Employee including image against each employee. i have two problem.i have applied helping material from the google but all in vain ,
1.how to display image from database to RDLC ,in DB image is store as Binary DATA.
2.THERE ARE few field which are dropdown ,in RDLC report i just got id of these dropdown e.g 2 or 6 related to that employee,how i got name related to that id,
i have created DataSet, report1.rdlc and form name RptEmployeeProfile, and using report viewer.plz help me
