Retrive Attachments from ics file

Hi all
i got a ics file using ews server
now i need to extract the attachments and description from the ics file
any help is appreciated

Thanks for your suggestions.
ICS is nothing but a internet calendar scheduling which contains the information regarding meetings like which we use in outlook etc..

Does EWS support this? If not, you'll have to write your own code to parse the iCalendar format.

yeah when ever a calendar item is coming for ews there itself i am converting the data into ics format.
Now, I am trying to parse the file to get a description and attachments where i am facing difficult.
