how do I add a menu to a grid panel on right click in ext.net using c#

I have created a grid panel in code behind using c# and I want to add a menu on the right click button on any row of this grid panel using c# not ext.net tags. Any help please?

I always wonder why a developer who has purchased an expensive tool-set, like ext.js, doesn't FIRST make use of their free support forums if their paid-for subscription for "premium" support directly from the company has expired.
