i try to install xammp server and it is installed successfully but when i click on admin button it shows me error see image

it seems IIS running on port 80, you can stop iis[^] and try again

Besides solution 1, you could consider changing the port for Apache permanently from 80 to say 8080 like this[^].
Then, to launch phpmyadmin, add the new port number to the url like this:

http://localhost:8080/phpmyadmin
