Microsoft csharp 2010 express is "hidden"

I've read in MSDN that Microsoft 2010 express has a "hidden" debugger. If this is true, does anyone know how I can "unhide" it?

It has a debugger, but it's not hidden. Please provide the reference where it makes this claim.
