hi,

did anyone use any kind of tool or software for managing emails received
on your site contact us page and forwarding them to appropriate person in the company etc with many similar feature as in bug-tracker system.
Let me know if you know any tools ,very urgent.

Hi,

U can use email trace listner which is configurable in web.config file and the software which needs to configure is Enterprise library.
