Hy there,
at first sorry for my terrible english, but I hope you'll anderstand what I want to say :)

I need plug two keyboards on one computer and with one keyboards "enter" key press other keyboards CAPS LOCK. Of course CAPS LOCK light start blind only on keyboard where is switched CAPS LOCK.

And thats I need make in application. I Want to make application with C#

No.
If you connect two keyboards, (as I just did to test this) the caps lock status applies to both at all times. Both keyboards will work, but you cannot restrict caps to one and not the other. Sorry!

Why do you need two keyboards? A single keyboard has all the keys you need on it.

Why don't you plug two USB keyboards into the same machine and see what happens?
