What type of control is this?

Dear Friends

I have a question. But First have a look at this page.

You will see many threads on this page in rows and columns. There is a "Page No. bar" on the top, having page Nos. We can go to any page by clicking the page no.

My Question is, what kind of Control is this? Is it a DataGridview or some other control. Is there any control such as that in ASP.Net. If not, how can I get this control or functionality?

Please ~~provide me the sufficient~~ help me find an answer.

and that looks exactly like what you want.
