Can anyone guide me to build registration and login system with XML, C# and ASP.NET.

Solution 1

Are there any reasons you don't want to use Membership framework[^]? If you don't want to use SQL you can change membership provider as far as I know XML membership provider for ASP.NET 2.0[^]
