Natural Language interpretation.

I am working on a project to detect inaccuracies in Software Requirement Specification.

I want to know the way such that system will understand / interpret the English language sentences in SRS.

I have restricted my domain only to SRS of projects of internet / web.

You can also tell me the way how Rational rose stores UML diagrams in their databases.

In addition to that tell me the syntactic parsing in order to get understand the SRS.

Rational Rose is an IBM Product. I bet they are not pleased when you're developing some extension for that.

Solution 2

Rather than RR, try Umlet[^]. It has an easy to understand XML definition for classes and is open.
