Converting Text files into Excel Files

Dear All,

I have 12 text files , i need to convert into one Excel file.

Please help me this issue.

It is not an issue in itself, it is what we call a requirement.
An issue would be when you have tried something and it didn't succeed.

might be as easy as just renaming the extension to .csv on them...

or just trying to open them in excel and going through the import wizard
