Asking installer error about visual studio 2010 professional installer

Afer installed visual studio 2010 professional, the following error occured when opened the visual studio.
error is

"The exception unknown software exception (0xe0434352)
occurred in the application at location 0x760c9617."

i wanna know how to solve these error.
pls help me.

My installer have nothing error before . After installing TVU Player , this error occour in Visual studio.

Try uninstalling and rolling back - it looks like the problem is TVU player (I've not heard of it, so I wouldn't know).
You may be able to get teh two working together by uninstalling both, then installing TVU first, then VS and it's updates. Or by VS -> TVu -> VS updates. I've seen that work as well.

But your best solution is probably "Don't use TVU player"...

I don't know which of the various scenarios might fit your system configuration, but see if any of them fit.

If not, have you applied all the updates successfully? Installed anything else - particularly SQL server which has caused problems with VS for me in the past?
