I am looking for a a place where I can get Free videos Tutorials on how to use netbeans to increase productivity and i am also looking for a place or a web site where i can get Free Videos tutorials on the Spring MVC Framework.

Although it might seem to be old school and not cool:

Get a book. It's the best thing you can do.

Because books are able to reveal the secrets of the technique without you first knowing a keyword. And you can work along while checking things in the book - without changing screen focus several times.
And one does learn it better when it's in a book, cause watching a video online is more like entertainment which doesn't really get sticky.
